If it's for an S3T that is '99 or later, wouldn't it also have to include a race ECM,since the bikes went EFI in '99?
You would need a parts catalog where you could look up the part number for the kit and it will tell you what's in it.
But that's a lot for a muffler and an intake, prized though they may be.

It's not steep if you want to pay full retail price for something that's 8 years old...but then again, finding a brand new item like that is going to be pretty much impossible at this point.

I just checked on HDNet, and I can not break down what is included in the kit. It doesn't seem to recognize that part number, but it does come up in Talon as the correct number for that kit.
