Hello,

Although I'm a welder, I don't exactly have access to a mandrel nor would I know how to use one. With that said, besides Force products, I was curious as to know if there are other companies that make full exhaust systems for the tuber bikes?

There are not a lot of them left out there, Kooks, D&D, Borla, I am sure there are a few more out there.

Well, I have a few I might get rid of...

Two of the three mentioned by Blks1 I MIGHT be able to part with.

I also have a full Buell Race Exhaust for sale (needs a bung for FI bikes, but that's simple enough).

Force and D&D are the only companies that still make full systems. The rest you have to find on your own.

BlkS1l and Phelan D&D only seems to do slip ons now.

I would love to have a Kooks on my bike, as they make great exhausts for my girlfriends Mustang. In fact a little over kill for a basic upgraded stock car.

Borla no longer makes it easier.

Firemanjim Bubs I can't find anything on them.

Sleez I need to get my own equipment and learn to stainless weld better as well as get back purging down. Thanks for the site though, I will keep it in mind for the future. I would love to make a titanium exhaust in the future but stainless if by cheaper.

If anyone has links to these companies sites with the full exhaust sets up that would be great. Let me know... I am really interested.

Which tuber are you looking for a system for ? I have a Buell Race exhaust sitting in the garage, not perfect but nice, it also has the spring retained header section. (Former pro-thunderbike S1 racebike) It is the under frame header for carb's tubers.

Tattoodnscrewd, I'm not looking to buy I'm just looking for next summer to see what I can put together in the future. Seems like force is the only full exhaust company anymore.

I also just installed a full D&D exhaust not that long ago (after 7 years of thinking about it). Got a pretty good deal on ebay for a brand new one... I think at least one other Badwebber did the same thing.

2kx1 I will look them up

Rigiv and Devil_car - Though D&Ds site doesn't have it listed, Americansportbike.com sells it. I'm glad to, I like the look of it better than force and it sounds way better.

Thanks everyone for your help!

Erik

KT pipes were made by a company called Kendon. Kendon still exists but they stopped making pipes years ago.

What the f*ck man? Kooks doesn't make pipes anymore? Thats lame... man. I need to do my own work! If i could do quality kooks works you would be hearing of Baxter pipes (my last name). I am so down with starting my own company if I could TIG weld good enough!

Tattood - not really in a place to buy right now, but I'd be interested in hearing about / seeing some pics of that exhaust you have.

If you get a chance.

The pipe I have looks just like that one, with the exception of the header, about half way down the header pipes are separated and have spring retainers holding the two halves together (taken off a former S1 Pro Thunderbike)

I'll try to dig it up and get pics for you in the next few days.

It's brand new in the box. Never been installed.

Gave me a nice chubby when I pulled out of the box to look at it.

If I had the money right now, I'd be buying it and installing it. I can only imagine how it sounds.
