Hey guys, I lost the key to my 99 cyclone and was wondering if there was a place to get keys other than the stealership. I'm sure that you know what they look like and how simple their design is. I'm just trying to avoid spending 35$ for a new one. Thanks -Grant |

A "GOOD LOCAL" Locksmith can make you one ... A GOOD Dealership can run your VIN NUMBER and tell you your "KEY NUMBER" !!! |

There were some disk locks that could be easily picked by removing the end of a bic pen and pressing it into the lock, you could try this with your ignition and see if it works: Cut a couple inches from the pen tube and insert it into the switch, then us a small standard screwdriver to turn the center to the start position. You might be able to turn the center post with the pen if it provides sufficient friction. I believe this is how the locks were done, not sure it will work on the bike so be gentle, and don't let your neighbors see you doing it if you want to keep your bike.
