Author Message   Cthulhu Posted on Friday, May 28, 2010 - 11:19 am:        I'd like to get rid of my WP shock (pre-recall, not recommended, but some guys like them anyway) and I'll be needing a good post-recall shock. Anyone interested in a trade? It's in nice condition, white spring, resevoir, works well. Or if anyone has any bright ideas on where to find a suitable shock for not too much cash? I'm putting the bike up until I get this swapped out. HD isn't interested, it seems the bike already got a new shock before I got ahold of it, someone was kind enough to put this WP on though. Is the 14.7" the latest and greatest and where we all want to go? I'm interpreting the recall notice that way but want to make sure. Just going to go with a srp reinforced 16.5 for now, and when it wears out, put a works on there. Not spending cash now, doing the smart thing and taking a summer trip, just me and Mrs. Cthulhu.
