I have been getting sick of strapping my bike down every time I load it on my trailer, so I ordered a Pit-Bull TRS from one of my sponsors and made some measurements to have the proper pins made. George from Pit-Bull just sent me the finished pins, and they fit perfectly. I am pleased to say... The Pit-Bull Trailer Restraint System for 99-02 Buells is now available. If you are interested in one, contact me and I'll make it happen for you. Pictures will follow soon. |

i've looked at those before but i would have to wonder if anything is required for the front or are they supposed to hold it by itself. |

Nothing is required for the front. I am still using my front chock, but you don't need to. |

It's $279.95 for the full system. An extra pin kit to fit a different bike is $79.95. |

Would have to agree with beullistic "I" would use old school methods. I am having visions of the bike going sideways under sudden braking. And twisting the mount and falling over. I would like to see it first and see how strong it really is?? |

Our Boston Moto trailer has hauled 6 bikes to VIR from New Hampshire and back many times with nothing but the TRS holding them without any issues. On my personal trailer, since the decking kind of sucks, I am still going to use some secondary tiedowns to help with the side loading. |

Damn, I need some batteries for my camera. Anyway, I am hauling my trailer to Loudon tomorrow morning and this will be the first test for my TRS. I'll try to post some pictures on Thursday when I get back. |
