Installed the HD heavy breather on my 01 M2, this eliminates all breather hoses. Will this increase my crank case pressure too much? Engine runs great but am I going to be replacing seals since I bypassed my CC ventilation? |

Pazzo , you didnt get rid of it unless you put non hollow bolts in the head but if you used the supplied breather bolts , you will see in side the ac bracket where the chrome caps go that block the site of the bolts theres a small passage that goes right back into the carb . which is no problem hope that he;ps |

Dinuns1, you are correct about the hollow bolts(special order for M2 application)that bolt into the head. Never saw the passage return back into the carb. Duh, but then again I was not looking for it! Thanks Dinuns1. |

I have seen those on Big twins but never a sporty motor! I wonder why more people don't go this route instead of running lines into a Catch Can?? I have 2 lines running into a T and then a Peagasus Catch can to accomodate my Forcewinder but I like that Idea much better, Cleaner! If you don't mind, What did that set you back? |

Very clean looking, but I wouldn't want that crap going back through my motor. XB rocker boxes are still the way to go.IMHO |

"...I wonder why more people don't go this route instead of running lines into a Catch Can??" Probably because most folks don't want to feed the spooge back into the intake tract. It does look more "finished" this way.. |

The breather at Harley was 3 bones but you can get similar ones a bit cheaper on Ebay. As for the spooge factor, I guess time will tell. On a different note, swapped rides w/a friend last night. New Yamaha R1(wicked fast) what a ride but we both like the M2 better! Go figure. |
