having trouble removing the intake manifold to get to the head cylinder. dont have an allen ball bit. i was wondering if anyone had this problem before and could help. any ideas would be greatly appreciated |

Two thinks you can do. Cut down a allen key OR If you have a garbage disposal, the installation stool should look like this. It is the same size as the allen key needed for the intake manifold bolts, 1/4 inch. |

"i" went to hex head bolts ... Easier to TORQUE ... Easier to safety wire ... "BUT", in your case a piece of 1/4" allen wrench, a long flat 1/4" box end wrench and you have made your first BUELL tool ... If you got the one with a box end on both ends, a coupler nut and a torque wrench you can torque them ... |

If you do not have you must buy or have somebody do it for you or barrow.Harley has one like above maybe stronger reasonable too. |

Cut the 1/4 allen wrench about 3/4" long and use box wrench as above. I use for when really stuck! |

Any Ace hardware should have them. I still recommend the American Sport Bike one. It has a ball-end on one side so it does more. |
