So i was holding the brake and pushing the forks down and there is a pop feeling in the right front fork tube when it is compressed about half way down. The forks have been re-built (by the stealership) and also some hyper-pro progressive fork springs installed. Any ideas on what it is before i go tearing into the forks again. Thanks. |

Similar thing happened to me - turns out it was a torn front isolator... |

Mine was similar, but not half way down. With front brake depressed I'd push on the bars and it would nudge forward and click. Felt and sounded like a worn out head set. Turned out to be slop the front brake rotor. |
