OK...
picked up a 2000 m2 for $2k.
came with the following:
tach kit, forcewinder intake, dyna s single fire ignition, and vance and hines slip on. bike ran good but leaked oil... lower rocker box gaskets. changed out gaskets with cometics. Also changed out intake seals while bike is apart. bike took some time to warm up so decided to see what was in the carb. found what i beleive to a thunderslide carb kit installed. but strangely they had a stock 42 idle jet installed. i have changed it to a 45. will this ruin my bike or just clean up the off idle and quicken the warm up time.

Well new tires, a free recall shock for HD, and new front brakes and the bike is almost ready minus the carb. i am holding out on putting the carb back on until i get some info from the forum experts on m2 jetting. i did not get the stock carb parts from the previuos owner. any info or advice is greatly appreciated.

I'm running a 45 jet with one washer, adjusted to 2 3/4 turns out on my 2000 M2 with Buell CF intake and supertrapp exhaust. Works great. You should be pretty close.
