I was wondering what else is available to get a little more coverage in front . Maybe something in addition to the stock screen or another type .I have seen the touring version . I think a little bit would be better |

There's a Givi windscreen that looks pretty good. If you look in the pictures thread here in the M2 section there is on on Snake_oil's bike, the photo was posted by Brinnutz last month. Should be on the most current page to pull up. Couple others here have that one as well. X1 screen is more vertical, and taller. i found it pushed the wind from my stomach up to chest/shoulder height, which was enough for me. |

The Givi almost looks factory, on account of those little vents, like the S2 has. |

It does look like the training wheels fell off. Thank for the compliments. To each of us our bike is a reflection of what we are or what we want to project. Some people are vanilla, some are hot peppers and some are tutti fruitti (LOL) . Ride Safe All!! |

Dread, that wind screen looks very professionally done. Did you make it yourself? |

Dreadnaught1, did that screen mount up fairly easily? I like that a lot. It might just be one of my next big purchace for the bike. Years ago I picked up a cafe fairing from Lockhart. I had to trim it a little on the sides due to my touring bars. It looks pretty cool altought it doesnt work as well as Id like it to in the wind. Its an improvement over stock but the winshield itself is to laid back. |

The GIVI A770 is what I have. It is 100% quality. It mounts to stock headlight bolts NO MODS. I drilled 1 hole in bracket for locking it into desired position. My Paint guy painted it when he painted the bike. I painted the back with Krylon textured rough on the back and handpainted the fake screen grills by hand with flat black spray paint.. Thanks and good luck. The angle on the top of the windshield is good too. Make sure you locktite all windshield bolts or they will all shake OFF in about 2 minutes. LOL

I went with the old standby the S-3 fairing. It works great at 90mph |

Looking on eBay & CrazeDList (Global CraigsList Searching tool) There's a GIVI 750 out there now. But a bit smaller than the A770...An S3 / S3T would be nice too. I've got a CrossCountry ride coming up in 2 months. I'd hate to go out West Naked! |

The Laminar Lip is kinda interesting... http://www.laminarlip.com/buell.php I'm not sure it's what I'm looking for. But if it comes off easy it might be good for Road Trips, and then take it off when I'[m just buzzing around locally... |

Hmmmm...Looking at the S3/S3T fairing. Besides the headlight, what other Mods are required? DO the M2 blinkers work? |

It looks like I've found a Givi A770 for $135 on CL. I'm not sure it will deflect Buffalo in YellowStone, but it's GOT to be better that the stock Speedo-Fairing. (Bikini's are for Girls!) |
