The flip-up edge of the S2 model looks like it would really push the air up pretty high, compared to the regular fairing. oops - darn - i posted this in the pic's section. rrrrr. Thought I had a close-up view, but can't find it. It interferes with the new GPS mount I put on yesterday. While turning the handlebars I had enough pressure to tear the velcro off the shield. The sticky underside of the velcro and not were it is suppose to come apart.. I had to modify an S3 lip as Laminar sent me one for my S2 and my S3...They were the same, thus it wasnt correct for my S2...They refunded my coin and I got to keep the lip..Thus I made it work...Now that they make an S2 version it prob even works better...Hb
