Does anyone know the part number for a Race ECM for my 2002 M2? Also, does it have a different ignition advance map at various rpm or does it just raise the rev limiter point? | ||

I have the earlier one or I'd go look. The 2001-2 use a different looking ECM. People say it only raises the rev limit, but I could have sworn it seemed like it ran better on the low end after I installed it. Could be psychosomatic... | ||

Last I heard, no change. Even to the rev limit. However, the soft ignition retard at the top is gone, it's full advance all the way to the rev limiter. |
