I really like this fairing. The bike is an ebay bike from a few months ago and was for sale in the Southern Calif area.(Temecula I think) I emailed the owner and he said it was "Factory". It looks good enough to be factory, especially where it blends into the tank. It doesn't look like any after market fairing I can find and if it is factory, why is it when I look at thousands of Buell pics , this is the only one I can find. hmmmmmmmm. I WANT ONE!!!!!

Thanks Hootowl......... I went there and sure enough it's the same fairing. That pic was from 2007 and all the links back to the owner are broken. Would sure like to talk to him to see where he got it. It's small enough to still look nice and big enough to actually get the wind off your chest A search on "Odysee Colors Extreme fairing" yields Zip point Shxx, nada, zero nutt'n. arrrrgh

yes, I had the same frustrating search results. I did find a reference to Odysee Colors Extreme on the X1 files page, and the link to the manufacturer's web site takes you to a 404 error on eurocomponent's web page (I always thought that fairing was from eurocomponents too). Nothing remotely Buellish shows up on their site any longer. |

Gowindward........... nice find on the site . It went back to Eurocomponets. I talked to them this morning and they no longer do business with Odyssey Kolors, a French Company. He said that HD of France might still do business with them and be able to help me. I guess I will figure out how to get hold of those folks thing evening when I have more time. |

Great work guys...... The fairing is made by the French Company Odyssey Kolors. (I had misspelled it the first time around and it was leading nowhere) Their equipment used to be handled by Eurocomponets, but NO MORE..... The best chance I have is thru a BadWeb poster I found that lives in France, he would be the difinitive voice if they are still in business or thru HD of France( http://www2.american-motos.com/index.html) Thanks for the help guys, now I know what I'm after. Next job, gotta go find one!! |

LOL , Probably not going across the "Pond". I was just trying to gather as much info on a part that I needed b4 going out and looking for it. If I am able to secure a nice example, I will then hunt for a X-1 to put underneath it ! |

I think I like it better in red. That's pretty sharp. |

The price of that red X-1 was 6500 Euros! At a buck 44 per Euro, that's $9,350.......... I think I will remain Stateside to do my shopping |
