I think it would make iso mounts last longer like my 1999- S3, 65,000 miles ,iso lasted.S2T last 21,000 and now Have 125,000 +++ miles(on my Sixth iso). I added S3 bolt stay to S2 Front isolater then a holding Tab to frame of S2 (Message edited by ebutch on December 28, 2009) |

I think doing this on S2T will make hockey-pucks last as long as my much more powerful S3. S2 pucks average life 21,000 or less. |

good idea but do you realize there are billet front mounts already made for doing this that would be much stronger than welding on stock cast parts? |

Old S2 front isolater cast are very Strong and cheaper to convert.But there is a limited Qty.Lucille got mine on E-Bay $20 US cut off newer iso added to S2 iso Big savins!!!It was a Bad-Web Idea.
