i have a 96 s1 and just called my nearest buell dealer (200 mi away).they ran my vin and said there were 3 items that need replaced. the lady said she would order them and that i could bring the bike in and have them installed. no charge, what a deal! |

i just use the buell as a rider. i live kinda in the country and go out on the twisty roads with some other people. you need to be carfull roads are dirty and their are the animals. buddy of mine just hit a deer. i have a hd shovel project shovel engine ,6sp,belt drive, in a soft tail frame allso honda xl200 street legal dirt road bike, 79 cr125 allmost finished hope to vintage moto cross this summer, 2001 cr250,built to the nuts suzuki 250 4 wheeler we have big sand dunes here. bikes i've owned, there isn't enough room here. but everything from 400 maicos to cbr hondas and like you i'm not selling my s1 ever! i allso have an idea for my next project a street tracker with a cr 500 engine with some goodies. now that should be a fun ride.
