It's great looking... The rear shocks are a terrible idea, and the exhaust doesn't look like it'll hold up against vibration for very long. This looks MUCH better  | ||

I can tell you there's a burning steak smell coming from the right side of that S2. Nice front end but the geometry looks a little off. Fork legs or shock are too long. Might be the angle of the pic. | ||

Yeah, I smell the burning flesh too. The pipes would be better if they were in a stock type location but I like the tank and seat and the old style fairing looks good to me. | ||

Well, I know it's an RSS1200 and that it's built by some dude in Japan. Those are Ohlins forks and Brembo calipers on dual factory rotors from that era. The wheels appear to be Marvic. The tail is the Harley "Big Butt" race tail, fairing appears to be a Dunstall, and the tank looks like a painted stock fuel cell. The pipes look similar to others I've seen in the Japanese market. The shock looks like a Penske. | ||

That first bike with the aluminum bodywork, well the aluminum work is beautiful but the whole bike as a finished project looks like shit. | ||

I can't believe that Buell is at that price. Seven grand up buys an awful lot of motorcycle here in recession drowned UK. If that's worth that much mine's worth double! And I think it looks bloody awful. Not sure which show it won, but they must have been short on entries. Rocket |
