Not a bad deal; you'd need the NRHS mount to put the XB heads on your S1 as the front mounting hole is 1/2" off from stock. You'll also need matching pistons. I can't tell from the pics whether or not the heads were cut for a squish band but you'd need to find out and get pistons that match the squish. Those heads stock came with 0* squish, so flat tops would be in order (unless going with higher compression). However, it is common, and the recommendation (if ordering new pistons as well), of NRHS to cut a 15* squish band in these heads to use with thunderstorm type pistons. |
