Im looking for a website were i can run my VIN to see what recalls have been done and if there was ever any "issues". any suggestions? oh, and FREE sites are best, because im broke... thanks -Shawn |

awesome... thanks that did help a lot, I now know there is NO recalls open for my bike. besides "carfax" is there another free site that can tell me the bikes history? |

i just ran the recall check on my 96 s1 and the shock eye came up. what's with this can anyone explain. and what should i do? do they still fix this recall? the bike has about 14000 mi. thanks |

I don't know if they are still doing SRP's. check with the local buell dealer for the latest offering. The SRP is a retainer that clamps on the shock and keeps it in one piece if there is a failure. Now, mine is showing recall's pending that are DONE. Any way to correct that problem? |

The only place to get an accurate take on your VIN is a Buell dealer. The SRP program ended nearly 10 years ago. |

if you go to the Buell dealer with your bike they will most likely order and install the latest generation tuber shock. |
