It's virtually impossible to "repair" powder coat damage on the nuc blue frame and wheels. That was a multiple coating process to acheive the color. As for the paint, it may be hard to match that also. If it's a Sikkens paint, they discontinued the Buell colors about 4 years ago. The fork seals are an easy fix. When I used to do a lot of track days, my fork seals would need to be replaced almost yearly. I'm guessing the constent pressure of being compressed for an extended period leads to premature failure of the seals. I wanted taller gearing and I broke 2 belts in 20K miles. Not an easy fix on a S1.
