I have an S2 fairing I want to mount on my M2, 2000. I don't have the frame mount parts. Does anyone have a picture? I'm going to have to fabricate the parts. |

This is off an S3 , but I don't think theres any difference.

There is a big difference in the two fairings and mounting....the above photos are from the S3. Notice on the bottom photo. You can see how the fairing mounts to the neck of the frame. This mount is not on the S2 frame. The S2 fairing mounts to the sides of the frame, with a small bracket in the middle to give it some strength...Two totally different mounts. The S3 fairing will mount on the M2 frame, I have done that...REX

Here's a nekid S2 fairing frame. I've got another fairing frame that's been tweaked and partially repaired, but like Rex says, they're dramatically different. If you want to go S3, we should talk.

It bolts to two tubes that are welded on the front of the M2 and S3 neck. Check my profile picture for another picture of an S3 fairing on an M2. |
