It has been doing this since I bought it but only when cold, now it is anytime. Sometimes when I go into first from nutural, it seems that it doesn't engage completly. When I let out the clutch and begin to get it rolling, there is a clunk and a shudder, very transmission-like sound. Any thoughts? |

Mine does that too. There are some threads on it somewhere in the forum. It has been suggested that it is the dogs on the gears or perhaps the shifter adjustment. I have not gotten around to fixing it yet so I can't say. |

Dwardo, I'm glad to hear that! I bought this scooter in the spring and I want to run it this summer as is so to speak. Next winter I will address the leaky fork seals, breather issues, broken plastic, torn saddle, leaks, and shifting problems! |

I have to think it is really hard on the machinery when it does that and I should have my butt kicked for not fixing it over the winter. |
