I have a 97 M2 Cyclone. I was under the M2 section on the website because i wanted to order some parts. My question is do i need a specific part number for my bike or can i order any item in the M2 category. |

There are motor & frame changes over the life of the M2's production. The pipes & heads differ for example. I think it's mostly -98 and 99-02. New exhaust hanger in '01, etc. (Message edited by aesquire on May 11, 2009) |

Just tell Al what year you have and he will send the right part. |

All the items for sale on American Sport Bike indicate whether for 97-98, or the 99-02 models, if needed. On the checkout page he also has a place to specify what year and model you have, as a checkpoint to make sure what you're ording fits. You don't really need to call, there's some safety built in to the site. (Message edited by jayvee on June 03, 2009) |
