Buell was my 1st pick but it was taken. Yes, I liked the BuelM2 also, but I couldn't have the flag with 6 letters. So I had to squeeze the 01 and the M2L together to keep the flag. It was extra but worth it. | ||

I checked availability on LV2JGS and it said available.....so i placed an order... then a week or so later I got the "Inapropriate content" letter...lol... I called the # and asked why it was found to be inapropraite...?...Told them what it meant...Harley powered bike-has 2 cylinders or jugs.....they weren't having it...too funny. Really messed up part is I know of a bike in N.Y that has JUGGS as his plate....they said if I wanted to file a complaint the plate would be pulled....told them that is total nonsense....another strike for N.Y So I am getting my second choice....I am sure you guys will appreciate it.... Stay Tuned...pics to follow (as soon as it gets here) | ||

lol. Looking forward to seeing it. Seem's like it took Missouri two months to get mine done. Then they messed up my two year registry, at the license office. I have to do two single years now before I can fix their mistake. That tag should have had an 11 on it. | ||

Some states won't allow certain combos of letters and numbers. 1250CC is unavailable for me because there is a county in oklahoma that "has dibs" on all of the 4 number + 2 letter plates. I haven't checked 125OCC though (oh instead of zero) | ||

No Problem Frank, Wish I could be more help. In Missouri there is a web site you can practice your ideas on a sample plate. You might want to try your Dept of Rev in your state to see if they do also. In Missouri I had to make a one time donation for the Flag and God Bless America. BUT the flag took up one of the 6 spaces I was allowed. I wanted it to read: 01_M2L, They wouldn't let me have a space between the 01 and M2L..Even tho it looks like it would have fit to me. You guys enjoy,Its kind of fun figuring it out. Glad you all like my plate.Good luck coming up with combos and Please post them when you do get them. I like the ideas Ive read so far. | ||

no problem frank. hope you got the fsbds1)(frank skinner bad s1) not really that hard to figure out. on the ultra, i've got all the navy medaillions that harley had put out plus one i found at the army/navy surplus on the front of the fairing along with the navy flag and us flag flying off the saddlebags. then i have the FL red/white and blue plate with "NAVYMM" for those who weren't in the navy, mm is for machinist mate. or commonly referred to as a monkey mate or bilge rat as the most common. |
