DUMB QUESTION THERE IS A SMALL RADATIOR LOOKING THING MOUNTED ON THE FRONT OF THE FRAME TUBE WITH A LINE GOING IN AND OUT I BELIEVE, IS THIS A OIL COOLER PROBABLY I CAN PUT A PIC ON IF NEED BE, THANKS

"need" is debatable. If you do get one, make sure you get one with a thermostat. Your oil wants to be above 180 degrees F.

The biggest advantage to an oil cooler is the extra oil that your bike will hold. This is a debateable ishue and it boils down to preference and how hard you ride.

If you still live in Minnesota, there would really be no need for an oil cooler on your bike. Like Hoot said, your oil needs to be at a certain temp - you probably won't have any issues with it getting too hot, unless you ride like an absolute maniac.
