I have a brand new one(used for about 50 miles) on my desk...........been sitting there for almost 2 years. EcmSpy is the what everyone says to use,I haven't yet because I'm a computer dummy. |

Don't waste your money on that. ECM Spy can do everything it does and so much more. And best of all it's only cost is getting the cable. Check out the Knowledge Vault there are many threads about ECM Spy. |

the only thing is, is that the ecmspy ive looked at most of the knowledge vaults info and man I am so used to doing carb. engines and fuel injection is a differnet beast. All i have is a home pc in the garage. I dont have a palm to do the testing as you ride, and I dont have a wideband O2 sensor. I thought that if you only have the stock sensor in there It takes forever to tune your bike. Plus I can only make adjustments at home and not on the fly like people with a palm. |

With ECMSPY all you need is the cable and access to a computer within six feet of the bike. The WB O2 sensor and datalogging are great for "fine" tuning but the "bare bone ECMSPY is a great tool by itself. |
