Near completion on my S1 face lift. thanks to Dreadnaught1 for the lead on the fairing. The Italian job sold me his risers so that I can mount my Manta tank. It looks close but I think it will work. Billet Mettalic offered guidenace on his polishing sequence for his front end. The House of Color candy was expensive but worth it!

Wow !! very nice and that paint looks wet even in the waning light. I always wondered what that Givi would look like on an S-1. Great job! |

Check Dreadnaught1. He has the same fairing on an M2 in silver. The paint is incredible in the sunlight. Now I have to buff out the body so it looks as good as the fairing. |

thanks but I didn't pick it. That is the color that was on it when I bought it. Pro Fab in Whitehouse Station NJ matched the paint on the new parts to the lower half of the Air Tech Body that I gave him to work from. |

Forgot to mention. It is House of Color Cranberry Wine. I don't know the part number. |

Were you riding on I-195 westbound near the turnpike exit on Sunday 3/8? I believe this is the bike that I saw (see post titled tube frame on I=195). If so, I just wanted to say that your bike looked fantastic. I even got in trouble with my wife for not watching were I was going. I couldn't stop looking at your bike. |

Yep. I was coming back from Plain Janes in Jackson or where ever it is. My speedo cable crapped out by Williams HD in the morning so I just ran with the tach. The man was out in force that afternoon. |

I might add that mine was the only Buell among all the Harleys. There were more than a couple guys trying to figure out what it was. |

Once I saw the photos in this post, I was pretty sure it was you that I saw. Yes, I was in my truck and not on my bike. I just wanted to say what a good looking bike. Great job on it. |

Thanks. I love that thing. Now that I have 2.5" of memory foam over an inch of Gel, I can actually stay out all day. I don't regret a dime that I have put into my Buell! The looks of bewilderment when it is parked in a line with other bikes is priceless. |

Plain Janes is a stones throw away from my house. And i rode my Buell there once about 10 years ago. Just wondering if it's as much as a shithole now, as it was then. |

Pretty much but I hear they throw some great summer time parties. It was kinda quiet that afternoon. |
