a couple of weeks ago James Ramsey stepped up and did me a huge favor. I needed some spacers made to replace the almuminum front wheel spacers. The PM wheels on my bike will not likely take another bearing change, the front wheels bearings were horrific, I designed some flanged spacers for the wheel. I had another bike years ago that had this design of spacer and I never had a moments trouble in over 10 years and 50K miles of use. James asked me to compress the pictures and post them. He does some "late model" auto building and has 2 Buells Again man I have SERIOUS garage ENVY  This is a recent project pix of a "new race car the rear clip, new interior and body".    That is some nice looking work there, IIRC "late model" class stock cars go back to the origins of stock car raiing, dirt ovals ~ 1/2 to 1 mile in length. Are the classes limited by engine spec and capacity ie Compression Ratio? or some other parameter? The Hi rez pix are cool you can see how well every thing fits up and how good the workman ship is | ||

It takes a lot of time and effort to build and maintain one of these cars.  Not To mention  Tallent  Heres James with his 2 wheeled hot-rod X1 and the S3 that he solved the Isolator problem on. James I owe you LARGE If you find yourself in Costal NC ( Wilmington ) Dinner is on me. | ||

Ok Dog, I understand you having garage envy, Ramsey's "shop" is not a garage! as you and I know it! That is a wet dream in a box! Our garage has christmas decorations and hand-me-down stuff, lawnmowers, cobwebs and bugs. He has a fab shop. | ||

Jim Thanks for posting some of the pics for me and hope the wheel spacers work as you want. Haven't been online since this morning and was awestruck to see my pics posted this evening.... excuse my ugly mug. The "Late Model" pictured is a '06 GRT built by Joe Garrison in Greenbriar Ark. This car was hit in the ass hard and the tail was bent to the right and down more than 12". I pulled/pushed with a Kansas Jack the rear clip straight to relieve the stress and then replaced the bent tubing that needed replaced along with the fuel cell and related brackets and mounts. All the sheet metal work is mine also, they do have a template so to speak for dirt cars also. In the second pic you'll see that the fenders and the right door are attached with nut- zerts (1/4-20 zip screws)instead of pop rivets for easy/quick removal for maintenance and suspension adjustments. The owner/driver is a nationlly known dirt track driver that lives in the area. Between '86-07 I built over 1,300 cars for several builders I was contracted to. As far a motor specs it was built by JR MotorSports in IIRC Davenport Iowa.$23,000. for the long block Its a 420 CI small block. Brodix block and 18Degree heads,Diamond pistons,Jesel shaft rockers bla bla bla. It only Dyno'd 792 HP so it's a short track (3/8 mile or less) motor, about 50 HP shy for the bigger tracks. BTW the pics are of my 34'x 78' playhouse as I have a 24'x32'parking garage as well. | ||

I think that they will work well, I will be trying to get the comp software out to you over the week end / next week. Yea Fun my "garage" is a martin storage bay 10 x 20 no lights no potty, its dry secure and instured thats it. =( better than the parking lot though. | ||

Limited, the X1 is my baby and in close to showroom condition. It's never been ridden in the rain or left outdoors overnight. I have a tendency to spoil my toys.
