Anyone have any idea what Brian Catterson is talking about in the Mar Motorcyslist? He says Queensryche toured on some custom Thunderbolts in 06, but can't find anything about them. In what must be a current pic one of them is leaning on what looks like a Uly. |

My close friend and the painter of my bike painted them. Erik contacted me via telephone in the middle of the week to get them done. Two bikes painted in 48 hours. I did alot of the prep work and the wet sanding. Will my friend stayed up and never left the shop for the whole 48 hours. He fell asleep in my car to deliver them to Erik in East Troy.LOL

Great looking bikes. Thanks. Pays to be good. Of course it's all in the prep work. Are these XT's or did they just change out the front fender? If they're XT's they must have had different bikes for the '06 tour? I gotta believe Catterson knows the difference between a Uly and a Thunderstorm. |

They were Uly's. They were alittle bit of a experiment. Clearing a clear piece of Body work. They were sanded but with very fine grit and lightly. |
