Firebolt,I'll get some more angles up tomorrow. I'm gonna wait till i get the clubmans on, but i am thinking of lowering the whole headlight/windscreen down some, stock gauges will show but that might be cool. sleez, windscreen $79, complete headlight assembly (incl. bulbs) $179 ordered through hd/buell dealer (Message edited by billetmetallic on October 26, 2008) |

Billet, How would it look like without the windscreen, just the light? Is it ugly without it? I haven't seen one in person. Looks good |

Sorry dude, I'm not there. But then it's not my ride and I don't have to be seen on it. |

Never mind how it looks - are we riding Buells or Harleys (sheesh!)? I'm only kidding - it needs to function and look good to me too. I am not in lust with either of the 1125's looks, but they might grow on me. It doesn't look bad, I think others will follow your lead. But.... How does it work? Brightness? Pattern? Hi? Lo? How is the wind protection? |

I know its just an opinion, but i think it looks way too big, do you have any other angles of it? |

langperf, bend over and grab your ankles, Im sure it will fit (your M2's tail is HUGE!) SkntPig, i'll snap off some shots of it without the windscreen and post up, i think it might look a little silly without it though Scott as far as the function, it is WAY better than stock. the right side light is normal driving light, left side is bright light, center bulb is position lamp. You are kidding about windprotection right (both stock and newfangled)? |

I like. How much work did it take to get it to bolt up? Stock gauges? Very cool look. May have to try it on the S1W... |

I think it would look awesome if it were about 2" lower. Put some clipons on that baby and lower the gauges too. |

Come to think of it, maybe that bright orange is what's so shocking. give it a squirt of paint...even light primer and take another couple of snaps..that might fix it. It just looks a little rude, like a big orange phalus. |

I think if you ran a cyclone tachless insturment panel it would prob. look a little better but that is just my opinion. |

im gonna shoot it asap! BTW it is actually bright red, these photos dont translate the color very well, it kinda pops with the silver, but soon it will be color matched to the bike, now I am wondering if I might like the whole bike red, but that meens I need a red snap tank and red snap tail section! |

I think if you had my bar and gauge set up you could move that 1125CR fairing a little lower. JMO though... still looks GREAT! Nick BTW: I am currently gathering the materials to make the bars you see above to sell, if you are interested let me know . |

are you referring to using the CR's stock clubmans? I was wondering it they would work with the manta tank.... I dig it (the headight), but my OCD wont allow me to mix & new school. pm me your asking price for a set of those bars, Tex. they're SWEET! (Message edited by torquemonster on October 27, 2008) |

Nick, I like those bars how much? Does it come with the guage mount or something that will adapt a stock mount to it? I have a 97 s1 (Message edited by skntpig on October 27, 2008) |

Texas - what is that, a stock Sporty gauge housing set? Or is it Dyna? Nice look! Billet - funny. You have exactly the same clock, in exactly the same location, as I have on my S1W I've been debating painting the instrument panel to match my ice white pearl...but I'd have to have the clock painted too, lol. How does the Corbin solo compare to the factory Euro seat? Got the Euro on mine, but I can feel the tail section coming through on the sides...and I ain't heavy (190 once I'm back to full weight). Just looking for feedback before I pony up the $. I love the Corbin on my S2 (came with it)...not exactly 'soft', but definitely well-shaped. |
