Probably a stupid question.. Noticed yesterday that baker sells a reverse shift drum. Does that mean you get 1 up 4 down shift pattern with a stock shift linkage? |

You can reverse the pattern of your stock shifter by rotating the linkage on the shifter shaft 90 degrees clockwise. That is with this style shifter.

You can always go with the Schwantz GP style shifter... Those Schwantz / Rainey battles were epic... |

I have upgraded both my bikes to the GP pattern with the newer shifters and reversing the arm. Very happy with the pattern. Keeps my feet out from under the motor during turn exits. Joe |
