Just figured I would remind everyone to always tighten their seat latch because I stood up on the highway to stretch and my seat flew off, almost taking out the rider behind me. I went back and picked up the seat and its all torn up on one side. BTW, does anyone have a seat for a 2000 M2 that they wanna get rid of? |

Hey cheese man, if you've got the seat pan, why not get it re-covered, your sure to save cubic dollars. Unless of course it's not salvageable...that would suck, buenos suerte dude! |

I forgot to screw mine back on once, and i hit a bump and me and the seat moved about 8 inches backwards. Talk about a pucker moment. |

I got a M2L and a I think's it's called a Buell pro series seat. Let me know what ya think it's worth to you. The low is a bit stiffer the pro is much more thicker. |

The Pro series seat is different than a low seat. Its a very comfy seat though, i highly recomend them |

Got a stocker and a Corbin, the cobin has orange piping and spider webs stiched into the seating area. I know the corbin has a few small tears in it and I think the stocker may have a scuff but I am not 100% |

Im sure that the stock seat is salvageable, I just figured it would be about the same price on EBAY to get a used seat. Plus my bike came with the low seat so I think I want to try the regular one and as the low got somewhat uncomfortable after a while. |

I noticed when I removed the composite washer from between the butterfly screw and the steel strap on the frame it goes through, my seat never gets loose anymore. |

All you guys with seats are Badweb coolness. Now let's tell Him how much you want for that precious tuber part, versus re-upholstering! How much are you willing to sacrifice for your brother Badwebber? I'm asking this because I was told that my X1 seat (in perfect condition) was worth no more than 15 dollars! |

Now that's badweb brotherhood! I'm truly impressed. And as a matter of fact it's exactly what I was fishing for in the first place. Thanks for your generosity. |
