Ok, another issue is arising... What are the best lifters I can get for my M2? 2002 M2L. Thanks. Also, any steps on how to replace them without pulling covers? |

Stock lifters are very good quality. You could upgrade to HD Screamin Eagle lifters. They are pricey! I just rebuilt my motor at about 36K miles. I used a set of (new) stock lifters along with some hotter cams. |

Have 104,615.5 miles as of last ride ... Engine still has the "ORIGINAL" OEM lifters that came in the engine !!! (Message edited by buellistic on August 30, 2008) |

If he is going with different cams he should put in new lifters. I would email nrhs and see what they recommend |
