OK, I "rebuilt" (i.e. disassembled, removed burrs, cleaned O-rings, lubed with antiseize and reassembled) my S2's front PM caliper a few thou miles ago. It was sticking and grinding into the inner surface of the rotor (since replaced with an EBC). Now it feels/sounds like it may be dragging, and the lever is RIGHTTHERE when I breathe on the brakes. Is there a trick to getting the brakes to release all the way? Am I looking at rebuilding the master cylinder (got the kit) or the caliper (finally got all six pistons and a new seal kit - PM, BTW, no longer lists it as a "kit")? Everything has been bled properly and it stops just fine, but if I trail brake into a stoplight with the rear, I can still hear the front whirring like I'm feathering it too. And, tons of brake dust on the white Marchi. It just 'feels' like its dragging...and if I pull the clutch and coast, it slows down way faster than I think it should. Yes, tire pressures are correct....
