I have owned Harleys to BMW's and now a 2000 Lightning X1. I can buy accessories all day for the other brands but nothing for the Buell. What gives, Harley sells everything what about the Buell. No matter what dealer I try always the same nothing for the Buell. Are there any dealers that actually have accessories? Or does anyone now of any dealers that stock Buell accessories. In Maryland they are only interested in Harley acc. By the way I also own a Harley Classic. Thanks for letting me vent. Bob | ||

Good luck. Back in the late ninety's and early in this decade there was a few things accessories wise for the tube frame buells. But now this site and ebay are about all you have for OE buell stuff. Al at american sport bike is the best for aftermarket stuff for us now. | ||

It is hard enough to get parts for the new style XB Buells. Nevermind the older Tube frame Buells. Most of the Tuber stuff is obsolete and is not in enough "demand" for dealers to carry what is readily available. Your best bet is this board, its sponsors and Ebay. | ||

Most people use the tube-frame Buells to accesorize their chopper frames with engines and front-end stuff. Figure out what you're looking for and if it's an HD/Buell part, ask your local HD parts jockey to EZ-link it so you can see if any other dealers still have it. |
