I've only tried the Ferodo sintered and the Lyndall Gold, but of the two, I prefer the Lyndalls. My riding is strictly on the street. |

Platinum should be fine. If you do lots of fast canyon-carving you might appreciate the Lyndalls. Casual riding, commuting, 'normal' use, it doesn't really matter, I just always liked Ferodo brand, over OEM. My brake rotor's manufacturer, BrakeTech, recommends Platinum, or CP-911 for this iron rotor. |

I put in the EBC sintered HH front and rear on my S3 and am very pleased with the increased stopping power and decreased effort. |

Blake, I'm running Lyndalls on both of the S2's and the M2. I like them much better than the stockers. |

Lyndalls. Fine product, much better than stock. I've used them for several years. |

I use Lyndalls with my stock rotor and they seem to work very well. |

As do I Blake. In fact, I had a slight pulsating on one of the bikes (don't remember which one), after breaking in the Lyndalls, it was gone. Brad |

The Lyndalls are great at removing the resin buildup that can accumulate on some bikes from the OEM pads. Aggressive use, like at the track braking for all you are worth and getting the front disk really really hot, also seems to get rid of the pulsing. The other Blake. |
