Has anyone had to replace the rear screen vents ,on each side of the tail light. Bought a 95 S2 and they were missing. Was able to purchase them but no instructions came with them. Also I didn't find any screw holes etc. Looks like they might have been glued in place. |

They are glued in. I took them out and put the turn signals in the holes. Looks cleaner, and you don't break them off with your boot when you mount/dismount the bike.

Ah. Thought for a second you left it on the other white bodywork and forgot about it. What'd you ever do with that solo tailsection anyway? I probably know but probably forgot. |

Where were you able to get the rear screen vents from? I looked at the dealership & couldn't find them. |

On my early (July 94) S2 the vents, front and rear were screwed into blobs (that's a technical term) of bondo with sheetmetal screws. Sometimes the bondo falls out due to being applied over the paint. Hot Glue is a great idea! On the S3 they were held in with tabs of trim adhesive tape. |

Tom Did you do a thread for the signal mod? Did you do the Front also? If you did a post I will do the search. Thanks Joe |
