I was trying to decide whether to replace the tires on my new Cyclone. They are Continentals that have most of their tread. They are slightly flat in the center, but otherwise they look really good. I am thinking that they are fairly new. The guy I bought the bike from only had it one season and he didn't put them on there. With 6,000 miles on the bike, I am thinking they must have been replaced at least once. The Cyclone came with Dunlops from the factory right? I am just trying to get an idea how old they might be. They don't feel hard, and the bike handled well. I just don't really have the cash for new rubber right now and I would like to finish the season with these tires. If they are OE then I will just find a way to replace them. If they are not OE then I will assume they are only a few years old and run them. I know the archives are probably full of information, but any tire advice would be appreciated. Bill |

The bike came delivered with Dunlops. If the Continentals aren't cracked or dry-rotted, they should be fine. |
