So I know that the S2 came with a grill type material in the 2 cutouts in the front fairing as well as on either side of the tail light on the tail section. Does anyone know why this was done? Especially WRT the rear, was that intended to channel hot air out the rear? Just curious. -Saro |

Don't know the answer, but do know from being told by someone once and from looking at a few after that that there were at least two varieties of grill material used. |

I would suspect the front is so we have something to pick bugs out of, LOL. Rear...no idea other than styling. Methinks the ass end would look a bit more m-ass-ive if it were smooth fiberglass up to that taillight. |
