Use high temp stuff and clean it thoroughly before goopin it up. I got a gixxer that has plenty of "external" oil seals. LOL |

I have the same thing on my S1 ... only in the front .. and only at very high rpm's and very high speed (120-130) ... got to get around to fixing it one of these days ... Let's hope mine doesn't take 6 tries ... messed up part is mine are brand new (when we built the top end I used all new seals and gaskets ... ) |

Chase, if you get a chance, install these from NRHS. They will never leak again, much tighter, if have them too: http://www.nrhsperformance.com/partsvalvetrain.sht ml |

Gekk, I was thinking about those last night, while I was jacking around with this crap.... Since they are somewhat affordable, I will probably snag them at some point. Chase |

PM sent.... Well, confirmed... ALL pushrod seals are leaking at the base.... THIS IS B/S!!!! SO... knowing how the crankcase vents... IS is possible that the case ISNT venting pressure fast enough, and its blowing the base seals???? BUT, wouldnt other seals go first? I dont know... I going to try to band-aid it with clear silicon for now, hoping that takes care of it... Chase |

Those aren't supposed to be under pressure. The pushrod tubes are like drains. I think you're right about the breather. |
