Front right fork seal just started leaking after only 13 years so while I've got this thing apart... Question. Does anyone have any experience with the Gold Valve upgrade kit on AmericanSportbike.com?(or similar product) I don't do "Track Days" and I only get to go to Deals Gap once a year so I'm not sure what difference it would make. |

I know we have used them on our track bikes with good results, and they are a quality piece. I don't have any personal experience with them...but will probably install them when/if my forks start to leak. We've beaten the crap out of our race bikes and the front ends hold together VERY well in addition to handling great. |

Go for it. There's nothing to lose but a little cash. Just as advertised, the suspension will handle big hits better and will be more compliant everywhere else. They make an immense difference. |

Just got my bike back and between the RaceTech Gold Valve kit and some new springs to match my 220# (rider weight) this is a huge improvement over stock. Highly recommended! http://www.racetech.com/evalving/english/Srchpr.as p?bikeid=30&manufacture=Buell&model=S2+Thunderbolt &year=95%2D96&TABLEINFO=street&langname=english |
