I see the fairing bags for the S3 are still available. Does anyone know if they will work in an S2? Trying to figure out how to load every nook and cranny if I get to ride from MD to WI for homecoming : )

If your interested in an S3 fairing, I was thinking about getting rid of mine. Let me know if you are interested. Mike

There was a kit to retrofit S3 bags to the S2 because of the less-than-stellar design of the S2's. A Buell dealer should be able to find it. Certainly one of the Badweb sponsor dealers would.

I think he is talking about the FAIRING bags, not the luggage.

That's correct - the fairing bags, that go in the front fairing on either side of the instrument panel. Y'know...so I can store my speeding tickets on one side and keep my license and registration in easy reach on the other side : )

RatBuell.....
I tried the same thing...I bought a new S3 right side bag and tried it in my S2...
Its bigger, the velcro is in all the wrong spots...One could modify to kinda fit, but it wouldnt be as functional as the S2 fairing bag...I was lucky enough to score the set with the saddlebags etc from the Matt W auction...
i havent got-tem yet, but they are on the way...
I will be selling the S2 saddlebag liners and the seat bag tho...hankb

Let me check on the bags. . . I have a bunch of them here but not sure where.

There may be some still available. If not, I have another source. . they were made by a company in Topeka, KS and I might be able to see if there are any left.
