Author Message   Grim_sleeper Posted on Monday, April 09, 2007 - 06:05 pm:        Hey all Anybody seen good price for rear head for 99 X1 guess any model 99-02 is the same. Stealer wants 299 for it. Thought I saw one at sporttwin for 260 but had some kind of temp sensor. Mine didn't have that. Any help would be really appreciated.   Sjh Posted on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 - 01:03 pm:        If you have a x1 you should have a temp sensor on the rear head, if it is a 99 it may be on the outer fin, but the newer ones were located on the center of the head. $299, That is probably right as I have seen new sets for around $600 @ dealers. Check with some of the board sponsors for prices.
