I heard that somebody on this forum has put X1 (or other inverted) forks on an M2. If you have pictures and a description of the necessary fabrication, please share them.

get the entire front fork set up from an x1, s1, etc, (forks, tripples) and just simply bolt it together.

Well ... you might also want to replace steering head bearings, do fork seals and fluid while at it unless you know the condition and what not of the donor bike... You will also need a new front fender, and headlight brackets

Top handlebar clamp is basically the same, axle is the same .. you can just use your own clamp, axle and wheel spacers.

I've done it and there isn't much to it aside from having the parts ...

Speaking of this, what about putting XB forks on a tuber? I have been coveting the perimeter brake/wheels from these bikes. I quiver with lust at the thought of these pieces on my Cyclone. Any thoughts on this?
