Has anyone run a music setup on a tuber with any success, or is there a "device" out there for piping tunes while riding? I just got a portable Sirius receiver that's about the size of a home remote control and if there's a way to carry it in a pocket or backpack, and run tunes to the helmet, I'd be interested. Of course I'd have to have the antenna either on my head or the top of the slingbag, but that's easy enough...and it does have a "line" output for a volume control device. I've done plenty of wiring in my day, I'm just not familiar with what's out there in terms of portable tunes for motorcycles. Just wasting time on lunchbreak... |

My M2 played a lot of "supertrapp". I only had 13 disks, but it somehow never got old. |

Music is what's coming out of your exhaust. It would be like listening to two radio stations at the same time! I pulled the baffle out of my Super trapp cause it was too quiet. |

I have a small Chatterbox tank bag that I have wired up to a power outlet under my speedo. I put 2 cigarette lighters in it. It has a window and sections for the CB that was supposed to go in it, but it works perfect for my ipod.
I run the small remote you can see in there out the back of the bag, and it plugs into my headphone wire that runs down the inside of my jacket. |
