Author Message   Kyrocket Posted on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 - 11:06 am:        Does anyone have any idea where I might find or locate the Grateful Dead derby cover with the skeleton and roses? Not the chrome steal your face but I remember seeing in a catalog once one with the dead skeleton head and shoulders with the roses encircling it. I can no longer find one anywhere and if I find the catalog I will post a picture of it. I currently have the chrome one with Harley Davidson Motor Co. going around in a circle but would like to have the dead. I knew of these but there is another that is in color and is reminiscent of an old dead t-shirt. It was in one of the old aftermarket Harley-only books. I can't remember the name of the catalog; real thick, came in the mail, two syllables, sounds like_____? I just can't remember. One will turn up somewhere. It's the one in the bottom left hand corner, the skeleton with the rose fro. Has anyone else seen these? It wasn't in the JP that I saw them but they now have them advertised. If you see these and someone actually has one drop me a line.
