my oil cap will pop off the bike when i start it, you can see the oil tank swell and then POP it comes off and oil pour over what is this crap?

check the tank vent line for kinks or blockage

Did you just refill oil tank or do an oil change after having bike sit a long time. Could have overfilled tank as the oil has a habit of leaking down into crankcase until you start it.All of a sudden too much oil and blooie---
Most commom cause of oil cap spouting.

oil tank bleed down into the crankcase is especially valid if you use synthetic dinosaur juice, it just seems to find every imaginable leak path.
