my oil cap will pop off the bike when i start it, you can see the oil tank swell and then POP it comes off and oil pour over what is this crap? | ||

check the tank vent line for kinks or blockage | ||

Did you just refill oil tank or do an oil change after having bike sit a long time. Could have overfilled tank as the oil has a habit of leaking down into crankcase until you start it.All of a sudden too much oil and blooie--- Most commom cause of oil cap spouting. | ||

oil tank bleed down into the crankcase is especially valid if you use synthetic dinosaur juice, it just seems to find every imaginable leak path. |
