I'm finally in the rebuilding stage with my bike. She sits in my garage, in what seems like a million pieces. I'm trying to figure out a parts list of things I will need to replace while it's all apart. All the recall stuff has been done, as well as the primary tensioner and the rocker boxes. The only engine related part I'm going to do, will be the updated oil gear.

Basically, I need an idea of what bolts are use only once and other one time deal parts. Such as the Motor mount bolts and the 4 bolts that attach the swing arm to the engine.

My list as it is now....

Iso kit
Front motor mount bolts
Belt
Oil pump gear

Thanks,
Phat

You should also change the front isolator, it usually missed, and i feel that damage to the isolator is what causes the front head bolts to fail
Inexpensive, and most of the ones i have looked at were cracked
