To each his own. I personally hate spoke wheels. But if you are happy who am I to judge?? This is another example of the type of post that contributes nothing positive, or of value or of interest to this site. Please in the future try to avoid posting negative statements like this. I mean why be negative and contrary? What value does it add? Please look to the light. If you cannot say something nice, maybe quiet is better. I guess what I'm trying to say is... "I personally hate the above type of negative commentary." Blake (custodian - BadWeatherBikers.com) PS: Dan, please feel free to edit out the negativity along with my comments. Delete the entire post if you like. Just please, please, try to be positive. (Message edited by blake on August 19, 2005) Dan, You are right. I was wrong. Phat_J did ask for opinions, and you hate spoked wheels. My bad. Sorry for the above. Yep, I'm an . Blake (Message edited by blake on August 20, 2005) |

Give us details! Hub type, rim type, spoke length blah, blah. where did you find the hubs, did the discs bolt right up, how about the rims. Details dude, I need details. How much was custom or off the shelf? I'm tired of mags and love the look of spokes |

Crombie, I like the wheels and I can't believe you pulled it off. Can't wait to see them on the bike. I think the new Uly should have used spoke wheels! |

I'm afraid to ask but....what did that set you back? To me, it looks like a Buell mated with an Excile chopper (btw...that's a good thing ) Additionally, that looks like one very well sorted M2. Tons of nice touches (rotors, dampner, brace, Bankes). What are you running for the rear caliper? It's definately not "stock". |

Thanks for all the comments! Both positive and negative, everyone has there own taste, and thats what makes customizing so great. |

No it was not cheap, and it took about eight weeks for me to have the hubs made. But the guy that did them for me might be willing to cut a few more now that we have the program to make the hubs. |
