Here's another one from the other side so you can see how purty those carbon fiber replacement panels can make your ride look Pammy. |

Here is a recent pic of my M2. The mirrors, pegs, and pipe (Wileyco) are all new. The pipe is bad-ass, stronger mid-range and it sounds great. |

. Steveb, you were lookin' for a customized Blast for a friend -- here's one that HDW is working on. Rumor is that Battle2Win may do an article to document the specifics. More pics of this past Saturday's Open House can be found in the Gallery of http://www.dcbrag.org/ . Steve(2) . |

Anonymous: Here's one to keep up the picture part of this section. If you compare it to the photo's from earlier in the week you'll see I switched to a 1.5" riser bar instead of the race bars which were too hard on my back. I also got some new footpegs and Supertrapp replaced my pipe which broke at the inlet weld. Otherwise its raining here in NorCal today so the photo will have to do. Duane |

Got out for a very short ride today. Not many miles, but the salt and sand keeps the corners interesting. My hand in one photo was blocking the sun (honest, it was on purpose) . Note to self: I gotta get a better camera. |

Ray, There is another "new" '99 X1 Carbon Fiber Extreme at Wilwerts in OH. (Mine came from F&S in Ohio) The "Buell" guy is "Rob". I already had the deal done on this one when I found it... http://www.wilwerts.com/bikes.cfm People in Ohio must not like Carbon Fiber! ;-) Chris |

I know I've been making fun of all the guys who've been spending the winter painting flames (Edward) and polishing bits of their bikes. I'm very sorry. It was uncalled for and to make up for it I've done a little polishing myself. Can I rejoin the group now? bighairyralph |

Though this is a 1995, I had to replace the header(they broke twice), with ones from a 1996 S1. The rear shock is now leaking oil, Buell is paying everything, minus $100, on replacement of it. I've had the shock on here less than 6 months and less than 3K miles. This Buell has 19K miles on it...I hope to keep racking them up too. Thad |
