1320 that is Jeff's bike from Motorcycle Works in Kansas City. Thats his street fighter. They manufacture frames and build bikes. He has had that bike for three years now. I'd say they were making the street fighter before Red neck was. | ||

Yep, I know the bike...The same streetfighter fairing is going on one of my bikes this winter.. only available from Europe. www.mcworx.com is one of the very few 1200XL based frame builders making really cool setups like this. WFO?? Wide F**K**G Open..... | ||

Sean you should know how it handles in the corners. I think you have been behind it a time or two. I was in the process of putting new skins on the wheels. The S3 in the background had just came of the stands. | ||

Went out for a nice long ride this afternoon. It was 43, figured it was a prime time for some PA winter riding. Cruised up to Battlefield H-D for some donuts and coffee, proceeded from there down US-15 to the Cococtan Mountains in MD, back up to a few roads around Emmitsburg, MD, and a few twisties somewhere around Camp David/ Underground Pentagon (saw a few uniformed dudes at a guard shack on a little country road, figured it was time to split. Went to Fairfield, PA (west of Gettysburg, small town, no traffic lights) where my grandmother lives to meet up with my aunt, uncle and 2 cousins from NJ. Along the way ran into a guy on a BWM and a guy on an Aprillia. Told them the best roads in the area and rode with them for a bit. Had dinner at Grandma's place, a few hands of cards, then a 60 mile ride home in 24 degree weather (according to the bank in town). Not a bad ride, Vanson pants and long johns aren't the best for that weather though. Best part of the entire day... The look on my cousin's face when he saw and heard the bike... He's 12, think I have the kid sold (been mailing him Buell shirts for the last two years). Looks like a natural!  | ||

Mike, You might want to hang on to the Nighthawk. Mid early to mid 80's bikes are becoming "cool" to have. I sold my 84 Honda Magna last summer, I should have kept it. Yours looks to be a fine specimen in great shape! | ||
